The NEON Spot - workstation, KING bed

I booked this unit because my friends and I needed a place to stay for the world cup. Overall I'd say it was a lovely stay - cozy space with all the amenities you need if you need to buy groceries and cook. It's also close to nice coffee shops, a bus stop and groceries. The location is generally quite good which worked well for a walkable city like Seattle. It is a basement unit, so we spent more outside the unit than inside it (and why wouldn't you if you're in Seattle) but it was a great place to crash at the end of the night.

the host was incredibly kind and helpful, super quick to respond and easy to work with!! was so grateful for their hospitality and kindness during our stay!! highly recommend to stay here, is located in a cute neighborhood!! loved our stay here and couldn’t recommend enough!

Positive: Good, quiet location. Easy bus into downtown.

Comfortable and fun stay, parking and the cold weren’t great. Positive: Stayed with my significant other and we enjoyed the rooms, ambiance from the led lights, the bathroom was clean and spacious. We liked that places we wanted to visit weren’t far off a drive from the place. They had board games which was great! We honestly hope to return. Negative: The parking was tight and not included in the stay. Trash was full and made a dirty appearance outside. It was really cold inside the unit which makes sense however the heater provided wasn’t all that strong. The fridge was leaking water as well but not that big of a deal.

GREAT location, we ended up walking everywhere including as far as to the Space Needle. Clean unit, host is very responsive and accommodating!
